Introduction

I have always been into fitness, into meaning I read everything I could on the subject but executing consistently was always a problem for me... I think a big reason was because you become the people you hang around with, and I always hung out with p

What is the biggest obstacle you face in completing your challenge? How will you overcome this obstacle to complete your challenge?

going to the bar during work out days to do karaoke... I guess I can fix that by.. hmmm...I don't know... NOT going to the bars maybe?

What are your greatest strengths and how do you feel you can use them to help you successfully complete the Body-for-LIFE Challenge?

I am determined, and I have gained alot of knowledge about fitness over the years. I can resist most temptation

What are your weaknesses and how will you work around these to complete your Body-for-LIFE Challenge?

Consistancy- sometimes I give into the urge to hit the bars when I should head home and sleep so I can get to the gym in the morning.

Who in your life inspires you the most and why?

My sister, many of my seniors in the military, my boss at work, and some of my old bosses... I try to pick different mentors for different areas of my life...
