going to the bar during work out days to do karaoke... I guess I can fix that by.. hmmm...I don't know... NOT going to the bars maybe?
I am determined, and I have gained alot of knowledge about fitness over the years. I can resist most temptation
Consistancy- sometimes I give into the urge to hit the bars when I should head home and sleep so I can get to the gym in the morning.
