Hi, I am new to the city. I am looking for a fitness support network. I really miss my jogging buddy.
My will power is my biggest obstacle. I can rationalize anything. I am starting my diet diary up again and I am going to focus on my accomplishments and not my failures.
I need to work on my strengths. I have set my self up for success now I need to focus on my will power.
My weakness is I love to eat and hate to exercise. I fool myself by buying healthy snacks and limiting my sweats. I am working to get back to exercising at least three days a week.

Fitness wise my friend Patricia she seems to be a constant source of energy that loves to exercise. I admire that quality and wish I had that desire.
