What is the biggest obstacle you face in completing your challenge? How will you overcome this obstacle to complete your challenge?
The biggest obstacle is not having enough TIME to do it all. Between family, friends, career, school and the Body-for-LIFE lifestyle it can be extremely tough to fit all the pieces together in a 24-hour period, RIGHT?
What are your greatest strengths and how do you feel you can use them to help you successfully complete the Body-for-LIFE Challenge?
My greatest strength is helping others. I feel it's my responsibility to help those who ask for help. When others look to you for answers in fitness or business you start to put more pressure on yourself to practice what you preach.
What are your weaknesses and how will you work around these to complete your Body-for-LIFE Challenge?
My weakness is wanting to do it all. It's important to move forward in your life with a defined focus and bring along with you positive people who can collaborate as a team towards a common goal. TO MY TEAMS IN NYC and DC... YOU CAN DO IT!

YES. I will be there and I want to meet ALL OF YOU! Those who show up at our meetups will receive the greatest gift of their lives... the opportunity to change the way they look, feel and think about themselves whenever they choose.
Who in your life inspires you the most and why?
Both my sisters Michelle and Erica are my source of inspiration. We march through life's ups and downs together. We challenge and support each other. They are 2 champions. Harvard Business School and soon to be M.D.? GEEZ! What an awesome team!
